The percentage discount is applied to Network Acoustics’ standard recommended retail price (RRP) of the new Muon2 product being purchased under this campaign.

The applicable discount percentage will be applied to the total order value, including any modular options or upgrades selected by the end-consumer at the point of order.

The discount is calculated by reference to the make and model of the unit being traded in, in accordance with the eligibility grid set out above.

Discounts under this campaign are non-transferable, may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash, and may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion, voucher or discount unless expressly permitted in writing by Network Acoustics.

To take part, the end-consumer must contact one of Network Acoustics’ authorised dealers and confirm their wish to participate in the Muon2 Trade-Up Programme, providing the model name and serial number of the unit they intend to trade in.

The dealer will then verify the serial number with Network Acoustics and confirm in writing whether the product is eligible for the discount before any order is placed.

No discount is binding on Network Acoustics or the dealer until eligibility has been confirmed in writing.

All traded units must be fully functional and in safe working order at the point of trade-in.

Normal wear and tear and minor cosmetic defects are subject to the dealer’s reasonable discretion, provided they do not affect the core functionality of the unit.

Network Acoustics and its authorised dealers reserve the right to decline a trade-in if, on inspection, the unit is found to be non-functional, unsafe, materially damaged or misrepresented.

Nothing in these terms affects the statutory rights of consumers under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, or any other applicable consumer-protection legislation in the United Kingdom.

Where the new Muon2 product is purchased at a distance (for example online or by telephone) from an authorised dealer, the end-consumer’s right to cancel within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 is preserved. Once a dealer has accepted the trade-in unit, however, the trade-in itself cannot be unwound; the new Muon2 product may still be returned in line with the dealer’s distance-selling policy and the consumer’s statutory rights.

Each new Muon2 product is supplied with the manufacturer’s standard warranty, which sits alongside, and does not replace, the consumer’s statutory rights.

Personal data and product information collected during the trade-up process will be used solely for the purposes of verifying eligibility, processing the trade-up, fulfilling the order and providing related after-sales support.

All personal data will be processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003, as amended.

Network Acoustics acts as a data controller in respect of personal data shared with it for the purposes of this campaign. Authorised dealers act as separate data controllers in respect of the personal data they collect from end-consumers. Network Acoustics reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this campaign at any time, on reasonable notice to participating dealers.

Any material changes will be communicated to authorised dealers and, where appropriate, on to end-consumers.

No such amendment, suspension or withdrawal will affect any trade-in that has already been confirmed in writing by the dealer and Network Acoustics before the date the change takes effect.

By participating in this campaign, both end-consumers and authorised dealers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Network Acoustics reserves the right to refuse any trade-up where the conditions set out above are not met or where, in its reasonable opinion, the unit being offered is ineligible.

Network Acoustics is not responsible for any miscommunication, mishandling or other matter arising at dealer level. However, nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude Network Acoustics’ liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) any breach of the terms implied by sections 9 to 11 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015; or (d) any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under English law.

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a competent court or tribunal, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These terms and conditions, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland retain the right to bring proceedings in their local courts.

The Muon2 Trade-Up Programme runs from the date of announcement until 31 October 2027 inclusive.

All orders placed within the campaign period will be honoured. Delivery times may extend beyond the end date of the campaign, depending on product availability and destination.
